The signs and symptoms of teenage depression can be very noticeable. There's a fine line between a happy child and the opposite. Even though some may just pretend, they can't run away from their feelings forever. One obvious disposition I have noticed among depressed teenagers is that, whenever you confront and talk to them, they tend to look away and just nod all the time.
